I'd take it into the office for my co-workers. Many of them turned their nose up when they heard it was groundhog, but once they tried them they usually liked them.
People hear the word groundhog and it turns them off. I'm fixing ground - hog (sausage balls,) If you want to fix some for your Super Bowl party, I use a pound of sausage, a cup of Bisquick, and a jar of Cheese Wizz (or the store brand stuff.) Mix them all together and spoon out on a cookie sheet. Bake in an oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until browned. Tell your guess they are "Groundhog Nuggets." Have fun. John |
