Did a quick "chase" of Raritan Central's afternoon job in the Raritan Center in Edison NJ back on January 15. The sun was in and out like crazy and there are a lot of obstructing objects, but with the adriot direction of Adam Christman was able to get some decent shots.

Image one - Arrived to find SW1500 #1100 out in the open.

Image two - Shoving south towards the Raritan River.

Image three - Same train, now on the pull heading north.

Image four - this would have been a perfect roster shot of the GP30, but I had about ten seconds from the moment I realized they were cutting off from the cars and getting in position and made the bad decision of trying to stand atop a tie along the road (because that extra six inches of elevation, you know). Well I fell. By the time I got up, my perfect roseter shot was gone and the 30 was halfway into the meadow grass.

Image five is of the power, now ready to run light to pick up more cars.
