Not much of a story or should I say not much reporting of the incident. The little news reported says the car ran into the side of the train and driver and one passenger ran away. The most interesting part is one of the runners had a prosthetic leg! You think there might have been a follow up on the one passenger still in the car and did they catch the guy with one good leg?? 
Looks like it might have been a CSX coal train. The story link to TV station just has a still picture.
