Unfortunately, neither is leading.  Image is at Cody on the B-line.

Nice catch none the less. So the "B-Line" connects two NS districts and for now at least two NS Divisions if I did my homework right. Hagerstown Dist & Washington Dist.?
And after following that line Manassas to Riverton JCT on Google maps I realized has more curves then the NS Alabama East End!!
You know if there are any posts with photos from Riverton JCT here on TO?  Just looking on Google it looks like a good photo location?
Thanks

Many years ago access to Riverton Jct was okay...   Then NS changed the configuration, increased the train traffic, and got a lot less friendly to those found trespassing there (used to be a fishing access road, now isn't, and the entire area is NS land/ROW) which post-9/11/01 wasn't surprising given that it is a major junction with bridge and very close to our nation's capital (thus terrorist concern).  Today it is accessed only through NS roadways and you wouldn't want them (NS) to find you there.

With the new Hagerstown District, it extends down the H-line to Shenandoah and the B-line to Manassas and down the old Washington District to Lynchburg.  Since the B-line and old Southern main are on the old Southern frequency, the Hagerstown DS must monitor two different road frequencies.

The B-line was actually built as narrow gauge, back in the day.  When Pot Yard was bypassed back about 1985, the B-line got welded rail and replacement of several bridges.
