Nice work, Tim.
I particularly like the vantage point you used on 23 March for the Q317-22 departing Cumberland.
And I like that rock face background on the 3/28 shot of Q316-27 on Bull Neck Curve.
You had a busy week...I guess there was no time for a stop at CP-ROYS?

Wow, some outstanding coverage. An enjoyable post. How high is that shear rock face in the background of your last photo?

I agree 100% all great photos and I especially enjoy the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad and I cannot wait for them to have the steam engine 1309 out running this summer.

My mistake... it was Q137-22. He was between Knox and Valley Street..... Always time for some CP Roys drive-thru....

John,

I'm not sure what the height of the shear wall is. The area was once a Quarry and later a Scrap Yard. They have been slowly cleaning up the now closed scrap yard but a lot of old cranes and knuckle-booms remain, yet to be cut up... Shooting from the gates, you can sometimes hear rocks coming off the wall face.
