ESPN (East Penn) 37 is seen being transported from Allentown on train 38G on April 4, 2019. Train 38G makes setoffs at Abrams yard before proceeding to Camden. Two questions arise about the locomotive. First, what is the history of this locomotive? (Notice its slightly chopped cab roof.) Second, which of the ESPN will this end up at?

Looks like an ex IC Unit. They were known as SW14's. They were rebuilt with this style cab, I think Paducah Shops did the work.  Ben
