Say what you want about EHH and PSR, but those are impressive numbers.

Great now, but see what happens when we implode!

So CSX hasn't invested anything in it's locomotive fleet in more than two years. They have 10 EMD's on order. I wonder what else is lacking investment within the company.

In the rest of the world, instead of PSR, the world was all excited about Zero Based Accounting. 3G Capital is a huge proponent. This spring, Wall Street got a view of the results. Kraft-Heinz took a major hit from investors.

You can't only pump out of the well forever.

For those who don't subscribe to the WSJ: earnings were up 20% over 1Q of 2018 (earnings per hare was even higher), revenues increased 5% and the operating ratio improved to 59.7 from 63.7.

Operating expenses fell 2% so the increase in revenue was partly due to that rather than increased carloadings and intermodal business (or to higher pricing).  I couldn't find a traffic volume figure.

I was thinking that as fast as hares multiply, that figure is probably hard to keep track of.
