SB Freight Stalled at Ashland, VA Crossing

A train heading south with many green containers has been stopped at a major crossing in downtown Ashland since 10:5 am. Does not appear to be an emergency. Anybody know what's up ?

CSX trash train hit a car north a few blocks from the camera location.  No injuries, trash moving within 1 hour of incident
