On Memorial Day a had the day off from work so I headed up to Jacksonville and FEC's yard to see what was going on the had 3 units park in the yard and one of the units (414) was wearing the new company's logo.

First I've see of the paint scheme on #414?  Is this te only unit so painted?

I really don't know. I don't really go to the FEC yard a lot because security does not like railfanns at the yard. Really the only reason I was there was to see NS 209 with the NYC, PC combo come in but the security guard ask me to leave so I did.

412 and 414 are both painted up in that new scheme. Not sure of any others so far.

that's interesting that security had an issue with you. On my most recent two trips to Bowden in December, I was treated very professionally by security. There are certain areas in the parking lot where rail fans are allowed. I've been there a number of times in the past 5 years and never had an issue. Perhaps you encountered a new security office, or a person having a bad day. 
going forward in a year or two, I've heard that FEC plans on installing a gate on their facility access road, and that will curtail rail fan access.

Most probably the new ownership is tightening up security
