Eastern Railroad Discussion > Living Next To The IORY Logan Line

For over 12 years now I have lived right next to Indiana and Ohio's Logan Line. Usually I don't blink an eye anymore as the power is always an orange GP50 or GP38-2. Today the loaded stone train to Logan ran east in the morning with Ex BN SD40-2 #3488 leading. This prompted me to get out bed and head to Canal Winchester where I shot the train heading by the restored station that is in town and also at Diley road. Included in this post are some photos from the past 12 years of some of the units that have ran on this line as well as a few scanned photos from before I moved to Groveport. All shots were taken in Groveport, Canal Winchester and a few over by Obetz. Enjoy!!

I don't have barely any of the dates since they are older photos. They were all taken within the past 12-15 years, except the first 2 which were taken today

Wow ! That is quite a roster of lease units over the years. Lots of color too !
