Centre Concrete has started to receive cars from the NBER. In the recent past this section of the line was only used for storage, but now the active trackage is extended by 4.5 miles. This track is the the west side of PRR’s former L&T line.

Unfortunately, the article does not state muncipalities where the railroad line and the plants are located.  Centre Concrete is located in College Township, not State College Borough.  I believe the line also passes through Benner Township.

The last railroad serving State College Borough was the Bellefonte Central which abandoned its line into State College in 1974.

Yes it’s not the borough like the BFC served, but it’s State College nonetheless
