Towards the end / beginning of each month it seems Q316 has it's share dead in tow power going to Cumberland, MD. Q316-30 was no different.

1) Pulling down to the station in Keyser to wait for their Conductor to rejoin the head end. Q316-30 eastbound with 10 locomotives. On the lead two are on-line, everything else is dead in tow.

2) GP38-2 #2759 has it's stacks capped.

3) Q316-30 leader was the #5107 "w. Thomas Rice Special"
