Nice catch! I can not to see that unit in NJ or aagin in NJ.

Nice photo.  Was there in 2013 for 2-8-0 630 trips.

Question---how many of these engines are painted this way?  Are they going to stay in this paint scheme, and are there going to be more in the future.
I like it as a nice change from the basic black NS.  Any running on the Cincinnati-Danville Line?

That unit came through Pittsburgh yesterday late afternoon going west. Nice shot.

Actually it was his brother, 1800 that went through Pittsburgh. My Badddddd!!!!

Only 1800 and 1801 are painted with the yellow nose.  All of the rest in this group are the regular NS black and white lettering..  I was out with Asheville_G  that night catching 1801 coming in on 123.  They dropped a cut and the new crew picked up the outbound cut.  Before they could depart they had to wait for 135 to come in.  We went to the east side and caught 135 coming in. 
Third unit was 1810 in regular NS paint. 
After 135 got in 123 departed with 1801 leading.
Another night in Asheville.
