Eastern Railroad Discussion > 21Q, it's coming and UP 1995 C&NW and bowling balls...

Got word shortly after coffee this morning that NS 8099 was leading 21Q. Only got one and and settled for it. My car told me it  was ninety three outside today so with that I was thinking that what is in pictures two and three is not that far off; three to four months here in Canton, Ohio. Wife was in the hospital with a blood sugar of 505 four days ago and I asked if she wanted to tag along to go see K603 and she said she would enjoy that...

We setttled on Columbia Station, Ohio; about ten miles (by rail) from Berea, Ohio. Had a nice lunch at Bootleggers Bar and Grill by the tracks while waiting. There still stands "bowling ball" signals; was told that is what they referred to because of their design. Not sure of the history on them. Got cloud screwed on last two but hey we had a nice time...
