PC hopper seen at the curve

this car RFMX 464531 seen on 35A today westbound for somewhere 

locos up front were  9191-9180-9692-7281

i have not seen any PC painted cars in a long while anywhere

this must be one of a few survivors still out there , painted between 1968 and 1976 ?

I thought these freight cars had a 40 year life, that would have put it up for scrap
in 2016 or before. Anyway thats a cool find.

yes, i wonder if it was carrying anything or just going for scrap somwhereit

looking at the top right painted white, it is the PC worm logo i guess..not sure what that is on the top left..Conrail ?

Info from rrpicturearchives...  RFMX 464531 is ex-BN 464531 exx-CR/PC 890013. 
Car was among order of PS4785s built for PC in early 1972.
It looks about the same as it did in 2007 through 2014:

FRA 10-year extensions apparently are not hard to get.
