Conductor White Cloud, A Little Derailment & Extra Move, 09/15/19
Author: DTWilson

From our visit to Cumberland, MD - 14 September 2019

1) "Conductor White Cloud" with the "white flag" waving is spotted as Q316-13 is caught eastbound at Bowling Green, MD.... Yes I know the crew, Yes it's a running joke between us, and Yes they reeled in the flag as they passed.........

2) During their set out at Cumberland, MD Q135 had a small derailment on the lead into the west end of the receiving yard at Cumberland.... Didn't block the mains but did cause some trains to pull east of Mexico Farms tower and shove their train into the receiving yard from the east end.

3) One of the trains required to pull past Mexico Farms was Q316-13.  We caught them at North Branch outside Cumberland shoving their train into the east end of the Receiving yard.
