Doing the Pokey part 1
Author: mully

Spent a couple of days on the Pokey a few eeks ago.  For those not familar the Pokey is the line from Bluefield WV/Va to Williamson WV.  Truly mountain railroading at its best and in some very remote countryside.   This is the first set of more images with more to come.

Image 1........An eastbound grain train with a beat up nose and a full white brow leaves Bluefield toward Roanoke Va

Image 2.......An eastbound at Keystone passes a westbound stack train.

Image 3......Pushers at Keystone

Enjoy
