Chessie System owned the locomotives, they were long-term leased to the Reading, and the lease passed to the D&H. When CP bought the D&H they didn't want them so they were returned to CSX the successor to the Chessie System. That roster is incorrect. The proof is in the paint. The 3413 was repainted by the D&H as #7413 and later wore Guilford paint with the same number. #3412 was green and yellow its entire career on the D&H and there are photos on the web of it in green and yellow as CSXT 4317.
