To complement Dale's (RDG630) views below, here's the 21M at Cove, PA (about MP 117 on the NS Pittsburgh Line) kicking up a lot of dust as it barrels through.

Nice catch! I was there on Wednesday and there was a work gang working on Main 1. Maybe tamping the track loosened up the dust?
