Can anyone tell me where the CN E's are based out of / stored at?

The pair of E9’s are stored at the Woodcrest Shops in Homewood,Illinois. They we’re retired several years ago.

 I told you this on the Canadian Railroads page a couple days ago.

They are at the CN Woodcrest Engine House, Markham Yard, Homewood, Illinois. And I don't think they can be seen from any public property around that place.

That's because they are kept indoors :)

Thanks everyone. That pretty much answered the question.

We're going to be up that way next weekend & had heard they were in Homewood & 'sometimes' could be seen from public property.

Stored indoors pretty much sealed that up.
