NS power and symbol question.

If a intermodal train comes into chicago, is it possible for the power to get flipped and be sent back east? (21G is an exception)

Ex, NS 21Q has NS 9254 second of two with an SD60E leading. If that power was flipped, what are the possible trains it could go out on IF sent back east?

It happens. 21M and 20K are one example of where it SOMETIMES comes back east on the counterpart.

Are you asking if an inbound power set would be turned in Chicago before heading back east? I would guess most power coming into there is run back east.
