Self interested railfan request....

The DL scheme is very nice, but.........

Since C-425's 2452 and 2461 need to be repainted anyway......How about back to their Original full, EL paint.

David Monteverde.......C'mon.  You're an EL fan.....bring back some amazing history.     I'll donate.....

Agree!  A real heritage paint job. While the quasi EL paint was a nice touch when done many years ago,it just never looked right to me. Something is just a bit off. I'm not complaining though.
