CSX SD40-2 8066 and an ex-Conrail GE C40-8W are a few minutes East of New Castle yard and a crew change. 

What looks like a road (far left) is the old P&LE.

If this is Lowellville, Ohio you are west of New Castle, Pa. And you can't miss the Altoona repaints (yes, they did some repaints for CSX) on two of your other SD40-2 shots- nice catches !

The yellow box directly under the engineer's window should be cab signal equipment. The box on the front anti-climber looks like helper link equipment to me.

8800,8802 and a couple other low 8800's also still had helper link mounted on the front porch early on.
