Quite a bit happening at the plant in Muncie.

Outside near the road Northwest side of plant:
7228-7230 3 units UP declined delivery
2 bananas could not see numbers

UP 3055 near the doors of the plant

On South/east side of plant:

2x demonstrators in blue scheme
1x UP coupled up to a switcher
3x UP coupled together
1x 1500 or 1600 series demonstrator in UP yellow
Assorted number of black demonstrators from cancelled NS order

All total, 6 different paint schemes can be found.

Isn't Muncie rebuilding alot of EMD 710 engines for various RR's?

Progress Rail does quite a bit of the work at their Mayfield, KY facility. But I believe that the rebuilds are completed at Muncie.
