Amtrak Menu - Capitol Ltd.- Year?

Below are scans of an older Amtrak menu for trains 29 & 30, the Capitol Limited ....... with a Mance, PA photo on the cover.  Can someone give me the approximate year for this collectible?

How about the year 2000?  Wish my recall were better about prices, sigh.

Thanks for posting that menu.  I tried in vain finding the menu on line through the Wayback machine and a general internet search.  My guess is the mid- to late 1990s based on the locomotive scheme shown on the menu cover.

I've had a couple of great meals on Amtrak's Capitol Limited.  Once a baked chicken and another time, crab cakes.

At the bottom of the breakfast page it says "29/30 W.00". Maybe that means Winter 2000?
