Eastern Railroad Discussion > Soldiering On - SD's and SignalsDate: 04/01/20 18:06 Soldiering On - SD's and Signals Author: CGTower Despite the current state of the world, it seems the railroad is a nice constant...even more so when you find an SD40-2 passing vintage B&O color position light signals. Case in point...
Q508 heads north up the CSX Toledo Subdivision and passes the bracket post and dwarf color position light signals at Ottawa, Ohio. No April fools here as the SD40-2 and GE mate easily handle this train toward Deshler and points north. Stay safe everyone, CG Tower Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 04/02/20 14:22 by CGTower. Thanks. Randy Lundgren Elgin, TX 78621 Date: 04/02/20 14:23 Re: Soldering On - SD's and Signals Author: CGTower OMG, talk about egg on the face. I stared at that for 20 minutes and it never hit me as being solder! HA!
Thanks for the catch (sheepishly)...
