2) Waiting to go to "The Park" .... B875-10 waits in the east yard at Keyser for the Q316-09 to depart. The B875 has 3 loads for the local plastic bag manufacture in the Keyser Industrial Park. 3) Q316-09 passing thru the yard as they depart Keyser, WV with 98 cars. Their pick up in Keyser was 34 cars.. It should be noted that units #139, #280, and #81 were dead in tow with their stacks capped. ... More to Follow ... Edited 1 time(s).
