I made a short visit to Altoona on May 28. I saw NS 8099 and around 15 trains in approximately 7 hours or so. Here are a few pics..... Pic 1: NS 21J west at the Brickyard. Pic 2: An EB manifest with 8099. Pic 3: NS 21E west at Cassandra. Follow the detour signs to get to the park now. The way off Rte. 53 is closed due to construction. a few more...
