It was a nice steady flow of trains.  MOW was also working on the Amtrak platform boardwalk.

Top: First up was 21J.
Middle: Then Amtrak. I used an HDR filter which is why it came out a little extra vivid.
Bottom: Probably 21E as the gang waits to resume work.

Top: I relocated to the Roundhouse Road crossing and 590 came by eventually stopping at Lewis to drop off a couple of riders.
Middle: Then 21T.
Bottom: And C42 arrived for some work in Lewistown as 21T's marker clears.

Top: Conductor of C42 protects the crossing as they pull into the yard.
Middle: Here they are well into the yard for interchange with the Juniata Vally RR.
Bottom: C42 crew greets a North Shore employee in the yard.

Top: 35A came next as the C42 power runs back to the west end of the yard.  Over my shoulder was 20T appraching the scene from the west.  Two trains would meet right on the crossing with C42 making it a rolling three way meet on the old PRR Middle Division.  I guess we can only dream of what it was like in better days.
Middle: C42 again but a view looking east into the yard.
Bottom: Nice conclusion to the time was this SD40-2 leading an MOW train with equipment, camp cars, and dining car westbound.  The howl from the solo SD40-2 was terrific as it pulled out of the Lewistown narrows.  I also was happy to have C42 as an added prop.

Really? Get over it. Women are people too with a right to work wherever they are qualified.
Great posts jeffm238, of NS crews performing their jobs, for moving freight and supporting the infrastructure for passenger service via Amtrak. 
Thank God Amtrak service is again available to Pennsylvanians now, after this hideous Covid-19 Pandemic is finally lessening. As a resident of Southeastern PA I anxiously await getting out from under this "Red" rating and not just to go see some trains for my own entertainment.

She's a refreshing look at railroading that has been previously a mans job. Sometimes i can get excited. Your acting like i don't want her working. Not the case. I am trying to get past the overexcitement and move on. I really want to see her someday when i visit the area.
