2 CSX K trains into 1 and a DPU 4 deep.

Hi Folks. I went out to the rail park in Fostoria Ohio today saw a few trains. CSXT 4548 was the lead unit of the K161 but it was tacked onto the rear of a K637. Also seen was Q137 with a DPU after 4 cars in fro the head end then all autoracks. Not sure why they would run a DP 4 cars in it was also running and is one of the new CSX AC44 rebuilds into a CM44.

So the well set between the power bothers you?
Easier to just run it like it is than mess around switching the power around or putting the wells behind the DPU. What difference would that make? It all works!
Engines, cars and a marker, away we go!
At least it makes it interesting enough for you to post pix!

Thank you. What commodity did the K161 train carry to Eddystone? It looks like the rear car is a covered hopper. Perhaps a spacer car for hazmats?

K161 would been K162 going east loaded with oil.
