Unusual for sure to have that many head end units. Assuming only 2-3 on line. By chance do we know the number of loads in the consist.

Exactly,  2 or 3 online....that is to say, no more than 27 powered axles online....the extra power may have been sent forward for use elsewhere or given the proximity to Huntington, possibly they would go there for Q inspection.

I believe that is a Mt. Storm power station drag with B772 power in the mix.

If B772 doesn't have tonnage reduction cars for Q316 to take to Keyser from Grafton, the local is known to handle Mt. Storm Drags coming out of Grafton going to Keyser, WV or a N999 that would double at Keyser with another eastbound drag.. 

If it was a Mt. Storm train, there would be 4 units (2 for the west end crew and 2 units for the east end crew) when they depart Keyser for the Power Station. The other 2 units here look like the power currently assigned to B772......

#7207 & #830 were the "Helper Power" B877 crew for the T051-24 that went to Mt. Storm on the 28 th. of June......
