An eastbound coal train and westbound manifest meet in Muncie, Indiana, on December 28, 2013. The signals protect the interlocking at CP229 and CP230 where the CSX Indianapolis Line Sub crosses Norfolk Southern's New Castle District (CP229) and Frankfort District (CP230). One change since this picture was taken is that some of the crossings visible have been eliminated.

I like the shot.  The two interlockings make for an interesting signaling sequence.
