Here's the CSX Terminaux Intermodaux, Boul des Erables (Intermodal Terminal, Maple Blvd) in Valleyfield, Quebec....and this brings up the question of what is the status of the sale of the CSX Massena Line to CN? Has this fallen through completely or still in negotiation?

The railroads asked the U.S. Surface Transportation Board to reconsider part of its decision, which had requested that the purchase and sale agreement be written to permit CN to one day interchange directly with short lines in the Syracuse, N.Y., area. The railroads could not reach an agreement because this is something that CSX opposes. So they asked the board to reconsider. The railroads are still awaiting a board response.

Is there any business activity at that facility? A shame it hasn't taken off as planned.
