Change in NS Harrisburg Divisions dispatcher territories?
Author: dschlegel

I’ve notice over the past few days that the Reading Line is now being handled by the Harrisburg East dispatcher (last week it was the Lehigh Line dispatcher).

When did the change occur, and what are the new territories?

Have other changes occurred elsewhere on NS?

Thanks!
Dan

East is now literally everything east of Harrisburg. Lehigh and East were combined.

Still the same radio frequencies, as the HBD/DED detectors are on their original frequencies. CSAO also uses AAR 50 (the frequency the HB East uses on the Harrisburg Line) east of CP Port Reading Junction, so there would be a potential conflict in changing the former Lehigh Line territory over.

What does Harrisburg Terminal dispatcher and the Mainline (Port Road) dispatcher now control?

Thank you in advance.

With the MW crews, local switchers, and branch lines, this DS will be very busy.
