1) Q016-16 eastbound at the Valley Street crossing in Cumberland, MD.

2) Right on the tail of Q016 is the eastbound Capitol Limited (p030-17) running eastbound on track #1.

3) P030-17 eastbound at North Branch after their station stop in Cumberland.

1) and 2) Q015-17 westbound arriving in the Cumberland Terminal. After a quick crew change and set out, they will be on their way out of town.

3) Back out at Valley and Knox streets, we catch K676-16 eastbound arriving in Cumberland.

1) Q317-17 westbound coming off the Single main near Beall Street in Cumberland, MD.

2) On track #1 heading for the Mountain Sub. Q317-17 westbound at Beall Street.

3) Back home, we catch Q317 arriving in Keyser, WV. They will have a 45 car set off in Keyser to reduce tonnage over the mountains.

Good stuff.  Feel like I'm trackside.  

The Cap with 4 cars and 2 engines???

Really like tat Q317 with the house in the background.

Undoubtedly one of those artsy "statement" photographs. I suspect the artist is trying to convey that the railroad supports the neighborhood or town, either economically, culturally, or whatever.

The gentleman that lives in that particular house is a RR employee...... just saying!
