Here are 2 views of the Lehigh Valley Caboose 95079 Rout of The Black Diamonds at Crestline Ohio just South on Rt 61 on the East side of left side

95079 might have been its original number.  The ARCHES caboose directory lists it as former Conrail 18641.  The rain gutters over the side windows suggest LV construction.  The directory also indicates there are about 35 LV cabooses in the 950XX series saved and scattered around the country.

I stand corrected. I found pictures of it in blue, and it no longer has the LV steps.
