NYSW Schuyler Street Utica NY

Friday, Feb 26th, the morning of my birthday, found me trackside along Utica NY's Schuyler Street waiting for No. 3040 to make its appearance. It wasn't a long wait. The train was shadowed by a Susquehanna hi-rail.

Also featured is a look at the two-car freight as it runs along NYS Routes 5/8/12 shortly after coming off Schuyler Street.

Do trains find themselves blocked by vehicles.If yes what is the next step. Also I note NYSW does not obey the city stop signs...
