After weeks the H44 (Allentown to Abrams, Pa turn) power was finally swapped out. SD60E`s 6937 and 7020
were split up and EMD standard cab power took over. Thursday`s  train was powered by SD40-2`s 3337 and 3222.
Starting Friday and for the last 3 days SD40E 6349 and SD60E 6972 were the power. Sundays train out of Allentown
was unusally big making for some good sound in perfect sun. Both trains from Emmaus, Pa, on the NS Reading Line.

I think it was Wednesday night that H68 had a GP38-2 and an SD40-2, sounded great headed west through Topton. The standard cabs are a welcome sight (and sound)!

It worked Chewie! Well westbound anyway, not sure when they came east but I’m pretty sure I was asleep by then.

do you guys know if the 3001 is still running? Haven't heard it out in Reading for awhile.

NS 3001 is currently in storage....

Real nice video and photos.  Really ernjoy the sounds of those engines on the GP38/40 ans SD40s.
