1) Q317-13 westbound at 21st. Bridge Rd., MD with a 107 cars. At Keyser, WV they would set off 42 cars (1 car for the Keyser Industrial Park and 41 cars tonnage reduction)  before continuing over the mountains 

2) N999 crew (center) boarding the DP units from the N750-11 as the Q317-13 (left) waits for their turn before going to work at Keyser, WV 

3) N999-13 westbound at Piedmont, WV heading to rescue the N789 near Altamont. The N999 power had just arrived earlier at Keyser as the DP units off N750-11

Good report Tim.  I never get tired of seeing your shots of trains passing the Piedmont Warehouse and Herald Print House.
