I retired from there in 2016. They recieve tank car loads of raw asphalt from Canada, and Okalohoma for process into many different Asphalt products. IE Culvert Coating, Crack Filler for highways, Roofing Asphalt, just about everything excep Macadam. When I was there to take these pictures I noticed the gate was open for a shift. Back in the old days they use to receive almost all their raw materials on the rail and shipped finished product by rail. The East Penn local use to stop daily to shift the plant., Edited 2 time(s).
