Looks like a few Clinchfield Units there along with the L&N units. So, start with where the 2 shared facilities or interchange at. Somewhere in the Coal Fields in Ky or Va would be my guess. First thought Erwin, but doesn't look like it. Perhaps Dante Va. Ben

Assuming it's on the Clinchfield, Erwin or Bostic would be my guesses.

Definitely on the Clinchfield at Erwin, TN.
The view is south looking at the north end of the Diesel Shop.
I toke a similar photo on on a 5/10/1975 outing with Jim Edmonston (D).
