Erie Lackawanna was born 61 years ago today.

Coal came through today, from what I hear it is Train 566 bound for the GenOn, former NRG, Avon Lake Power Generating Station.
This plant has apparently been sold and will shut down in April 2022 so probably won't see many more of these movements.
Redevelopment of Lake Front Property.

In any event an unexpected and welcome afternoon eastbound on the former NKP at Beaver Lake Marina west of Lorain, OH. Power is Union Pacific 7942 and 5869
