Ex Trinity Rail RDC (Dallas, TX)  leaving Palmer, MA on CSXT to West Springfield on rear of CSXT local freight.  Ultimate destination Geneva. NY  (FGLK) via Solvay, NY interchange.  Had arrived on NECR from Barre, VT  (12/15/21)  Rising, once again from the ashes.

Loved seeing the RDC in your post. Trinity Railway Express bought them from Via Rail Canada. Heritage of the cars are CP, CN and B and M. For a little further detail please access the Wikipedia posting for Trinity Railway Express.

I've never seen this done.  I always thought that the Budd RDC's had barely enough power to haul one or two trailing passenger cars!

It's being pulled by the local freight--not doing the pulling.

Stupid me.  The fact the headlights were dark should have clued me in (sigh).
