CSX not moving in Western New York?

This afternoon I saw 3 eastbound CSX trains stopped in Hamburg New York. All within 2 miles of each other. 1 auto rack, 1 oil and looks like 1 garbage container train. All 3 tracks were occupied. Trouble east of Buffalo?

I saw this on the Buffalo & Western NY Railfans Facebook site. Not sure if it's related:

"Bad things come in threes apparently, I162 derailed at CP 2. Sounds like three cars at least are on the gound."
