Eastern Railroad Discussion > 2102 in mayDate: 05/05/22 17:58 2102 in may Author: Darthsimpletext when are the 2102 excursions in may? a friend told me that 2102 will run excursions later in may including around the memorial day holiday.
Do you think the 2102 will ever end up at temple train station? I would love to have the 2102 appear while watching norfolk southern on the reading line. how can i time arrival and departure at north reading station? I plan just to tape the 2102 there without subjecting my driver friends to crazy chasing thanks nick Posted from iPhone Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/05/22 17:59 by Darthsimpletext. Its definitely NOT happening on NS anytime soon..... I certainly can do that because i already filmed the N&W 611 on the strasburg railroad back in 2019. I think i need to feel super lucky about this occaision and get the filming of 2102 nailed down, this sounds far more like a HISTORICAL narrative than just any old black horsehead runby or even any heritage units

-the schedule isn’t favorable for me seeing the 2102 on it’s ramble, the ramble departs at 9am and it’s pretty hard to get to reading pa before that time. 6:30pm is pretty late. -jim thorpe is really far out there for me (2 hours 49 minutes), it’s a TON of driving and nearly six hours a day is very super exhausting for me and those in accommodating me. i was wondering how to catch this steam train without all the inconveniences i mentioned above Posted from iPhone Date: 05/27/22 20:19 Re: 2102 in may Author: anthracite Darthsimpletext Wrote:
------------------------------------------------------- > i was wondering how to catch this steam train > without all the inconveniences i mentioned above Simple: internet. 2102 will be just a few mouse-clicks away. This is by far the least energy-intensive, time-intensive way to proceed. That also means you have to wait a few days for others to have uploaded. |
