Any Progress on CVSR Washout
Author: austin

Just curious if there has been any progress on the Washout south of Jaite at CVSR. I know its the national parks and the Corp of Engineers that will probably oversee the repairs. Just curious if anyone has seen anything in a positive?
Thanks in Advance

Thanks.    Short hand does not always fill the bill.  Use in heading OK, but in messages, spelliing it out helps a lot.

Federal inspectors I suppose and the U. S. Park service.

Will this have a profound effect on 765 operation?

Edit-

The washout is fixed however the CVSR is waiting on an inspector to inspect in late June.

If they can't run south of the washout then they can't access Peninsula or Akron. Also off the plate would be the previous runby location of Howe Meadows and Indigo Lake.

If the washout isn't fixed all runs would be out of Rockside and the length of the run would be considerably shorter than normal.

From what I have heard, the trips will run from Rockside station to Jaite on the south end, which is just north of the washout area.
