BMNHKMO question

not being totally fiminular with all BNSF initals what is this trains origination and
destinaltion points? It was a coal drag in GAL. Yes it was labeled U- but I know U if for unit. Tyia

I don’t know what origin and destination BMN and HKM represent, but if the symbol started with a “U” it would not be a coal train (“C” for loads and “E” for empties). Perhaps taconite or some other commodity shipped in a unit train of coal cars? Also, the “O” at the end of your symbol would be a “0” zero.

Might have more luck asking this on the western board.
