The MP15s were at it again yesterday as they put on quite a show hauling 72 inbound loads from Clayton to Harrington. The first fifty cars were stone loads for Pennsy Supply. I caught the Clayton Turn during the early evening hours as they pulled out of the sag at MP41 between Smyrna and Cheswold and made a run at the grade. The sound, once again, was incredible and it just never gets old. The CSX boxcar second from the hind end went to the new box plant in Dover.

Yes, I know it's (relatively) flat, but I still think that's a pretty impressive haul for two MP15s.

What! No PSR "fuel-saving" throttle restrctions? I guess it's more imprtant to get the freght there on time and serve the customer.  How clever!

I enjoyed the video...

If  it were the UP...they would be running with 4 C44's.    They cant run a 5 car local with less than 4000 hp.

Oh..and if anyone wants to model these in O gauge..we are having a special run of Delmarva Central MP15AC's done for us by MTH..

Great video.  The sad part, tho, is that we drove up Delmarva from Cape Charles a few weeks ago and watched as the southern end of the line was being torn up.

That stinks! That was one of my favorite parts of the drive down to Norfolk. Haven’t been that way in at least 7 years, but I’m headed down two weeks from now.
