Eastern Railroad Discussion > NS Reading Line todayDate: 08/06/22 14:40 NS Reading Line today Author: dschlegel Here are a pair of grab videos from today along the NS Reading Line.
First is what I think was 21M flying through Topton, PA. I live a block from here and had stopped at the Market Cafe in the train station to grab takeout. Second is a monster 11K rambling through Lyons, PA a bit after 5 this afternoon. Lyons is about 3.5 miles west of Topton. Enjoy! Dan You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today! Deka stopped using that siding about ten years ago when they built a massive new building west of Lyons that includes two tracks. One for tank cars and the other for box cars. The only thing I’ve seen on the in-town siding is MOW equipment or bad order cars. One goes into the building and has spots for plastic pellets at the end as well.

They will go through three tank cars A DAY. It sure cut down on a lot of the truck traffic that used to come through Fleetwood.
