A nice break in Asheville on 136
Author: Asheville_G

After months of black NS units coming to Asheville on the 5 day a week 136, August 3rd, 2022 provided a nice break.  #1800 led 136 out of Knoxville, and is seen here arriving in Asheville (crossing the French Broad river).

Nice break from the NS B&W doldrums. Its nice they have a few uniquely painted units and the Heritage Fleet but good grief the standard fare is beyond boring. So very boring. Yawn.
I'm sure NS could care less. Black and white paint is cheap, like box car red was in 1850. I'm sure that the B&W ain't changing soon. Opps! Sorry I dozed off looking at NS B&W photos.
